What can you Cook on Valentines Day Week? Add Some Spice
Happy Valentine’s Day. What’s Cooking for V Day?
Hmm Try to add some Spice while making Romantic Dinners. Be creative with Spices and come up with some Fusion Cooking, It dont have to be perfect, Just a little Creativity in your Cooking for your Loved ones will create Magical Moments. Just to Show How much you Love Your Partner, your Family, Your Kids, Friends and everyone.
And While you are Cooking some Food, Add Some Love and Romance to it, Sprinkle it with some Joy, Wonder ful Thoughts to it and the Food will sure taste Delicious. Express your Love by being creative while cooking today, It dont have to be Indian Food, any food for that matter.
Here is a Simple Recipe for those who like to Try Indian Food. Can be of any meat, Vegetables:
Ingredients:
Onions
Tomatoes
Ginger
Garlic
Cinnamon
Cardamom
Cloves
Chilli Powder ( Paprika Powder )
Coriander Powder
Cilantro
Method:
Slice onions, Tomatoes. Add all the ingredients together. Add any meat ot vegetables, Mix all ingredients, water ( depending upon what consitency you like ) cook for 15 minutes or untill the meat is tender. Add chopped cilantro for Garnish.
Tips
Just a quick easy way to prepare Indian Dish, The main thing is the ingredients and the right quantity, If you are cooking for 4 people just 1 teaspoon of all powders, one large onion, tomato, 1 teaspoon of Ginger and Garlic paste or Chopped with just 2 pieces of the Dry ingredients ( Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves)

How to Cook Indian Tandoor Chicken
Time : Marinate 4- 6 hours
Time to Grill: 15- 30 minutes
Ingredients:( 4 servings of Indian Tandoori Chicken)
- Chicken – 4- 8 pieces( Drumstick)
- Yoghurt plain – 1 cup
- Salt, Pepper
- Cumin Powder – 1 teaspoon
- Paprika Powder – 1 teaspoon
- Ginger fine chop- 1 teaspoon
- Garlic fine chop – 1 teaspoon
- Garam Masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Method:
- Wash, Strain and Slit Chicken
- Mix all the ingredients with yoghurt
- Add Chicken
- Marinate 4- 6 hours ( overnight marination works well)
- Grill/ Cook in oven for 20 – 30 minutes
- Granish with Sliced Red Onions, Cilantro and lemon Juice
- Enjoy
