Salt, Pepper
Cumin Powder &#8211; 1 teaspoon
Paprika Powder &#8211; 1 teaspoon
Ginger fine chop- 1 teaspoon
Garlic fine chop &#8211; 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala &#8211; 1/2 teaspoon

Method:

Wash, Strain and Slit Chicken

<li>Mix all the ingredients with yoghurt</li>
<li>Add Chicken</li>
<li>Marinate 4- 6 hours ( overnight marination works well)</li>
<li>Grill/ Cook in oven for 20 &#8211; 30 minutes</li>
<li>Granish with Sliced Red Onions, Cilantro and lemon Juice</li>
